About Us
We strive to bring beauty and flavor to central New Hampshire while maintaining sustainable and environmentally responsible agricultural practices. Sunfox Farm is run by Greg Pollock and Amber Brouillette on land in Canterbury and Deerfield, NH.
Greg first discovered the beauty of sunflowers when he was on an adventure to Italy. Having ten years of farming under his belt, Greg decided to grow his own field of sunflowers. Having no land of his own he went to his boss, Luke Mahoney from Brookford Farm, to see if he could lease a two-acre plot to incubate his idea. They struck a deal and Sunfox Farm was born! Greg, after a lot of hard work finally made his dream a reality as the flowers began to bloom... and oh did they bloom!
Amber left her career as a clinical dietitian and started farming in 2017 in New York. She quickly fell in love with the life—farming is such a creative and intense experience and she enjoys the excitement that comes with her career. She's been a part of the Sunfox Farm team since 2020.
